In House Training (IHT)
PT Teras Sekawan Bersama has successfully held Teras LIS In House Training (IHT) which took place at Vimala Hills Resort on 26–28 May 2025. This activity aims to increase competency, product understanding, and the ability to implement the Teras Laboratory Information System (LIS) system for all participants. Carrying the theme "Keep The Spirit, Better and Excellent", this training is a means of developing human resources to continue adapting to developments in laboratory technology, improving service quality, and strengthening collaboration between teams. Through various learning, discussion and practical sessions, participants are provided with knowledge and skills that support the creation of better, professional and superior services. It is hoped that this activity can be a real step in encouraging innovation, improving performance and the company's commitment to providing the best solutions for customers in the field of laboratory information systems.
With the theme "Keep The Spirit, Better and Excellent", all participants took part in various training sessions, interactive discussions and capacity development activities aimed at improving service quality and professionalism in facing the challenges of the growing health industry.
