PT Teras Sekawan Bersama Employee Gathering 2024 in Bali
PT Teras Sekawan Bersama has held an Employee Gathering to Bali on 19–23 February 2024. This activity is a moment of togetherness for all employees to strengthen relationships between teams, build better communication, and increase work morale in a relaxed and together atmosphere. Carrying the theme "Stronger Together", this activity is designed to strengthen synergy, collaboration and a sense of family within the company. The various activities carried out during the gathering provided opportunities for all participants to get to know each other better, increase team cohesion, and foster a positive spirit in achieving common goals. Through this activity, PT Teras Sekawan Bersama continues to be committed to building a solid, harmonious and productive work culture to support company growth and provide the best service to customers.
During the activity, all participants not only enjoyed moments of togetherness, but also had the opportunity to visit various iconic tourist destinations in Bali which are rich in natural beauty, culture and historical value. The trip begins with a visit to Melasti Beach which is famous for its white sand and charming cliff views. Next, participants enjoyed the beauty of the Uluwatu Temple area which stands majestically on a cliff with a stunning panoramic view of the Indian Ocean.
The trip series also includes a visit to Tanah Lot, one of Bali's tourist icons which is famous for its temple standing on a rock by the sea. Participants then enjoyed the cool atmosphere of the mountains in the Bedugul area which offers beautiful natural views and refreshing air.
To get to know the culture of the Balinese people more closely, participants visited Penglipuran Village, which is known as one of the cleanest villages in the world with a well-maintained environmental system. The journey continues to Lempuyang Temple which is famous for its "Gate of Heaven" and the panorama of Mount Agung which is the main attraction. Participants also visited Tirta Gangga, a water park inherited from the Karangasem Kingdom which offers beautiful pools, gardens and Balinese architecture.
To conclude the series of activities, all participants enjoyed dinner together in the Jimbaran Beach area. The beautiful beach atmosphere combined with the togetherness of all employees creates a memorable moment and strengthens relationships between team members.
Through this Employee Gathering activity, PT Teras Sekawan Bersama hopes to continue to build a solid work culture, increase collaboration between divisions, and foster a spirit of togetherness that is in line with the theme "Stronger Together".
