Market Research & Competitor Analysis: Studying market trends, analyzing competitor strategies, and understanding consumer behavior and needs. Strategy Development: Developing a marketing plan that includes pricing, target audience, and effective promotional channels. Campaign Creation: Designing concepts, advertising materials, and promotional programs to attract public attention through various platforms. Content & Brand Management: Consistently managing brand messages and creating content (text, visual, video) for social media, website, or email.Customer Acquisition & Retention: Running programs to attract new customers and retain old customers so that they remain loyal in using products/services.Main Responsibilities (Key Responsibilities)Increasing Brand Awareness: Ensuring the target market knows and understands the value offered by the company's products.Achieving Sales Targets: Responsible for revenue growth in accordance with targets set by management.Performance Analysis & Evaluation: Tracking marketing metrics such as site traffic, conversion rates and top profits investment (ROI) to perfect future strategies. Budget Management (Budgeting): Managing marketing funds efficiently so that each expenditure produces maximum impact for the company. Specific Scope Based on Roles Digital Marketing: Focus on online campaigns (SEO optimization, Social Media Ads, Google Ads, and Email Marketing). Marketing Communication (Marcom): Focus on public communication, public relations (Public Relations), and consistent delivery of brand messages. Product Marketing: Focus on launching new products, determining positioning, and educating the market about product features. Sales Marketing: Direct focus on the sales process, price negotiations and closing transactions.
