1. Deliver goods according to the schedule and route that has been determined.
2. Ensure that the quantity, type and condition of goods comply with the Travel Document or Delivery Order (DO) before leaving.
3. Maintain the safety of goods during the delivery process so that they are not damaged or lost.
4. Ensure that medical devices and reagents are sent in accordance with applicable handling standards.
5. Request a signature or proof of receipt from the customer after the goods are received.
6. Coordinate with the warehouse, administration and customers regarding delivery status.
7. Inform superiors of problems or delays in delivery.
8. Carry out checks and light maintenance on operational vehicles so that they are always in roadworthy condition.
9. Maintain cleanliness of vehicles and goods storage areas during delivery.
10. Assist with the loading and unloading process of goods if necessary.
11. Return the signed shipping documents to the administration department.
12. Comply with traffic regulations and work safety procedures while carrying out your duties.

1. Ensure that all goods sent comply with the shipping documents, both in terms of type, quantity and condition.
2. Deliver medical equipment, reagents, BMHP, and company documents to customers safely, on time, and according to purpose.
3. Maintain the quality and safety of goods during the transportation process until they are received by the customer.
4. Ensure that each shipment receives valid proof of handover and submits it back to the administration department.
5. Responsible for the operational vehicles used, including cleanliness, suitability and light maintenance.
